Denying an apartment to someone due to their criminal record is racist. So says the DOJ.
“policies of refusing to rent to anybody with a criminal record are de facto discrimination, the department says — because of the systemic disparities of the American criminal justice system.”
Blacks and Hispanics are more likely to be prosecuted for crimes than Whites and Asians. Government policy holds that there can be no differences between races. Therefore, this disparity is due to “institutional racism.” Case closed.
“Institutional Racism” along with its alter ego “White Privilege” are invisible phenomena that can not be detected by any means available. But they are there. They are there so much so that your government is willing to bet your life on it.
From a legal point of view it’s a tight and neatly closed case. Blacks and Hispanics are prosecuted for crime more often than Whites and Asians. Closed case…. it’s racist.
Wait, I remember something.
Dateline January 8, 2014 Obama administration takes aim at cutting racial disparity in school discipline
“The Obama administration Wednesday issued new guidelines on classroom discipline, seeking to end the apparent disparities in how students of different races are punished for violating school rules. ”
““Each year, significant numbers of students miss class due to suspensions and expulsions – even for minor infractions of school rules – and students of color and with disabilities are disproportionately impacted,” the Justice Department said in a news release. ”
I like how they include “people with disabilities.” This was in 2014 so it was before the “Transgender” craze. But..
Blacks and Hispanic commit more crime therefore if you think Blacks and Hispanics are going to commit more crime…you’re racist.
It’s called “Ooga Booga” logic and it’s very handy indeed. But…
What is the end game? Where do we go from here? Blacks and Hispanics do more crime so tell me; when is it NOT racist to prosecute them?
What is the end point.
